Integration of the policy with technology also promises quick resolution of payment issues without compromising the health of a patient. The fact that Obamacare is compulsory for every American citizen will ensure that everyone registers for cover. Regarding the issues of penalties on those who would have not complied with the policy as at the end of deadline, Jerry Brown responded that the fine of 1% taxed on a person’s income was reasonable and considerate.

The Governor added that the fine is not punitive, but will work as a motivation for the citizens to apply for and service their covers (Pugh, 2013). Concerning the controversy about aged and children burdening the working class, Governor Jerry Brown responded that it is the responsibility of parents to service healthcare cover for their children. The Governor added that aged people are also important to the general growth of the country and that it is not easy to leave them suffer. Jerry further clarified that aged people must have paid for some social security funds that can convert to cover and other elderly assistances required (Condon, 2013).

Jerry added that the case will not be the same those who will age during implementation of the policy considering that they would have cover to settle their medical bills. Jerry added that Obamacare policy is also going to stop the norm of insurance companies to withdraw or refuse to pay for certain health conditions. Concerning the controversy about contraceptives, Jerry Brown taunted the opponents as pessimistic considering that it is optional for women to take contraceptives, which is important for controlling the population of the country.
