Aetna Foundation's customers comprise students, families, college students, individuals, employer groups, labor groups, governmental employees & organizations.
Aetna Foundation insurance plans include
• Medical insurance plans which provide general health insurance and disease-specific treatment too
• Dental plans provide discounts on dental service through a pre-paid value pass
• Vision plans provide help with vision problems and offer eye exams and treatment
• Medicare plans facilitate general health care and insurance based upon different packages, Medicaid plans are designed for lower-income people or special people; these include preventive care, check-ups, dental, medicines, vision services, etc.
• Disability plans are designed if you become unable to work such as get injured or pregnant, pharmacy plans help in maintaining drugs cost
• Life plans include life insurance, funeral costs, or family expenses
• Student health plans offer budget-friendly protection to students
• Behavioural and mental health plans help manage depression, drinking, aggression, and marital problems
• Support programs help save money and then spend on health or emergencies and wellness programs help overcome stress and chronic conditions.
Aetna Foundation plans are based on annual subscriptions. Aetna insurance provides four basic plans to manage costs which are In-network benefits that cost for medical health out of pocket stands at $4000, the In-network plan cost for an office visit is $18 and out of network is $96, for surgery in the network it is $120 and $1040 for out of network surgery while for a five-day hospital stay, the in-network cost will be $1750 and $19750 for out of network surgery. Other packages are Health Savings Accounts which for an individual in HSA costs $3300 and for a Family, it costs $6550, Health Reimbursement Accounts are set for employers for which an account is created and the amount is reimbursed according to the need, and finally, Flexible Spending Accounts which are designed according to the need of their customer.
As a patient, I would choose a Flexible Spending Account which will allow me to select my modified insurance plan. As an administrator looking to partner, I would select the Reimbursement Health plan which is specifically designed for employers.

Humana Insurance
Humana Insurance is a brand name in providing insurance products and services (Humana.com, 2013). Humana group is based upon its subsidiary and affiliated companies which offer their services accordingly.

The insurance services provided consist of multiple plans that are dental plans, medical plans, vision plans, life & supplementary services, Pharmacy Services, Humana Vitality and for Medicare insurance plans some plan are designed as Medicare Advantage Plans, Prescription Drug Plans, Medicare Supplement Plans, Optional Supplemental Benefits. The basic HSA plan offers deductibles as low as $1000 while for dental or vision plans monthly cost stands at $19.
As a patient, I would choose the individual and family insurance plan which is flexible for consumers. Considering administrators’ needs; Humana Insurance group offers employers with Medical Plans, Dental Plans, Vision Plans, Spending Accounts, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, Group Medicare, and Pharmacy Services plans for which employees are required to enroll online and then are provided insurance services according to the plan selected through their account.

Assurant Health
Assurant Health is an insurance company with a focus on individuals, families, and small businesses (Group, 2013). Assurant Health provides numerous insurance plans designed to consider affordable consumer needs. Assurant Health offers insurance plans which are simple and easy-to-understand products and delivers effectively to customers through value-added services. Insurance plans offered by Assurant health are designed to safeguard the financial security of its customers along with their well-being. The services and insurance plans presented by Assurant health are fixed benefit insurance plan which is the most inexpensive and suitable plan for customers because customers in this plan are required to recompense for only those medical services which they use; not the one which is in the package. In this plan, customers are not asked to pay deductibles before getting benefits. The second insurance plan is major medical insurance which provides secured medical services to individuals and families. Major medical insurance is not bound to any limit on hospitalization, neither on doctors nor on visits and neither on prescription. Dental insurance provides complete security on dental check-ups and surgery.
