The challenges shall, therefore, be addressed through the application of direct interventions.

The interventions shall, however, be taken from two approaches, one of which will be from the service provider’s perspective and the other from the service user’s perspective. For the proposed research, an important area where ethical considerations shall be made most will be in the area of participant involvement. The first approach towards ensuring ethical behavior would be the use of a consent letter to seek permission from hospital authorities as well as all patients to be included in the sample size.
