Another major problem facing the organization is funding as it relies on outside funding since most of the patient s are not able to foot their medical bills. Strategic Action plan and its Justification The weaknesses of the organization can be overcome by instituting several organizational changes. The most important one being on simplifying the decision making process.
Although the executive is large and there are many people who need to be consulted before making decision, this can be changed making it easy for urgent decision to be carried out fast. The board should first meet and give power to the operational manager to make certain decision which need to be implemented first. Only major decisions should be left to be made by the whole board.
