The method for analyzing data used was random sampling of the schools which subjects for the tests were obtained. Various health related measures were evaluated, from drug and alcohol abuse to physical abuse. The focus of this article was racial and ethnic factors. The data used and results derived were very comprehensive. This was greatly enhanced by use of figures to elaborate their findings. The in-depth research in this article provides good information, useful in enhancing a child’s health at both individual and community levels.

All the limitations faced were impressively managed and overcome (Schuster, 2012). II. The main cause of this problem is inequality, racial and ethnic discrimination. This racial and ethnic disparity is viewed to be the prime cause of this problem. The article assessed disparities typically related with adolescence (e.g., violence, peer victimization and substance use). The article shows that there is an alarming degradation of psychological and physical quality of life of blacks and Latinos who are mostly affected.

The current statistics show that the rate of being exposed to crime among blacks is 20%, Latinos 11% and whites 5%. The main risk factors are physical assault, threats or injury with a gun, victimization by peers, perpetration of nonphysical aggression, perpetration of physical aggression, drug abuse, high disregard to safety measures such as seat-belt use, bike-helmet use etc (Schuster, 2012). III. This health issue can be prevented or the severity lessened by actively incorporating the biggest independent contributors to reductions in disparities with adjustment of the child's school and socioeconomic status (i.e., household income and high education).

Also, the child's demographic aspects and parental marital status being generally positive, could impact positively with reference to racial and ethnic differences. The public health agency that should be involved in this issue is the Health Protection Agency's (HPA), whose role is to provide an incorporated method to protecting UK public health through the prerequisite of assistance. In this article however, the steps taken to remedy and prevent the health problem have not been fully addressed, but as mentioned, the main organization in UK vested with this responsibility is the Health Protection Agency (HPA).

Set up by the government in 2003, Health Protection Agency (HPA) is an independent organization, whose purpose is to protect the public from poor health. This is by providing guidance and information to health professionals, the general public, and the national and local governments. The work of this Agency is to identify and respond to health hazards and emergencies. HPA combines public health, research and emergency planning working at all levels, for example, local and international levels.

Other organizations involved in protecting health rely on HPA for support and advice. Health Protection Agency (HPA) main aim is to protect the health of UK residents (Schuster, 2012). IV. My detailed suggestions for additional prevention efforts to address this problem in the community are as follows: Put in place measures that guarantee that the education system comprises of curricula that address the eradication of racial and ethnic health disparities (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2005).

Racial and ethnic minority, or promote fair and equitable allocation of
