Through strengths in time management, I have developed skills in balancing priority activities and fitting it into a well-defined schedule. These are strengths because my being aware of substances that could be misused or abused, insufficient knowledge could unsuspectingly turn individuals into substance abusers. Therefore, the increased knowledge and awareness provided by the course module, in conjunction with one’s personal philosophies and values to stay out of drugs have assisted in making me drug free.
These strengths could be replicated in the near future through assisting in providing appropriate advice on drugs and substances prone to abuse to my loved ones, friends, and acquaintances.
