Example and models were taken basically from the articles based on the above terms of treatment and ailment specifications. The samples of study were taken from males and females of humans ranging ages between 18 and 80 among people diagnosed with painful musculoskeletal conditions such as muscles, soft tissues or joint disorders. The study had rehearsed the referrals based on the application of theories and findings of relevant journals on the basis of which patient selection, blinding, intervention, outcomes and statistics were observed. There were considerations for the management of dropout cases for the eviction of biased information processing. Meta analysis of the study reveals that the study had a sample size of 1,114 patients (Fuentes, et al, 2010). Of the 20 studies, 6 of them were dropped for standard deviation, interquartile range irrelevant comparison and excessive intervention of heterogeneous radiation. Fourteen of the studies were chosen because they provided complete information on the evaluation of homogeneity of the outcome measure. Of those studies, 4 represented analgesic effect of IFC alone and 10 evaluated the effect of it as an adjunct in a multimodal treatment procedure. Apart from the given optional, 3 studies considered IFC as a control group and 6 studies investigated IFC against placebo and another 7 studies compared IFC as a representative model of manual therapy or exercise. VI. Authors’ conclusions At the end of the studies, the authors suggest that, as per the observation of the research team, the administration of IFC as an isolated treatment model was not better than placebo or other interventions; he also states, if it was applied as an element in the multimodal treatment plan, IFC would be efficient. However, as he states, the present scenario of influence of other therapy measures confound the unique identity of IFC to suppress pain effects for the view that other concomitant interventions may be as god as IFC. VII.
