Economic globalization shapes the nature in which people interact to achieve a common objective. The impact of economic globalization to the third world countries will be examined. The cultural space creates a unique perspective of global issues. The traditional interactions are changing and major players adapting to contemporary models that will enhance human interaction with the surrounding. the impact of globalization towards the cultural inhabitants would be the major concern of the paper. Analysis on globalization and the developing nations will be examined and conclusion made. The connection between economic globalization and migration will be determined with focus being on Core states and the semi-periphery states. Methodology The immigration statistics will be determined through Nwasu et al (2014) article. This will determine the movement of individual from semi periphery states to core states. The data will be analyzed and their country of origin focused upon depending on the GDP growth. The research will also focus on the trading activities between United States and other countries. The data will sources from Appleton and Plummer (2007) this will enable the research to determine the relationship between the global producer and consumer with focus being on how the core states may influence the nature of trade and the nature of economic globalization. The periphery state involvements in globalization will be determined by the changing trend of nations previously perceived to be semi periphery. Kenyan case would be used to explain the changing economies. Result The USA immigration populating was over 40 million in 2012 (Nwasu et al 2014). The figure indicates that more than 60 percent of the immigrants are in search of labor. The majority of the immigrants originate from countries with a lower GDP growth compared to the US’s GDP growth. Data from Appleton and Plummer (2007) indicates that the USA controls most of the economic activities carried own between developed nations and the less developed countries. American owned multinationals have diversified into less developed countries with majority sourcing labor from developing countries. Low-income earning nations are developing and transforming into middle-income earners and high-income earners. This indicates the nature in which the countries status in the economic globalization is changing over time. The attraction of the economic situation has prompted many investors to restructure their plan. This means that there would be a reduced number of immigrants from the given state. Discussion Migration Individuals are shifting from their cultural habitats to new environments that satisfy their needs. The movement of individuals toward developing nation can be describes as the effort by individuals to explore new environments. This clearly indicates the human efforts to explore new spaces and develop philosophies that ensure the changes in the cultural perceptive. The cultural spaces have become limited and individuals tend o seek alternatives in an effort of satisfying their needs. The cultural perceptive are changing and migration patterns shifting and people are left to explore various options. The Core Sates They are the world dominant states. They dictate the global trade and economy. The diverse resources offered by these states, satisfy their needs and attract immigrants worldwide. Those migrating tend to cite globalization as the main reason to their action. The cultural perceptive of these states is that the gap between the high end of the economy to the lower end is less compared to other forms of states. The influx of immigrants creates opportunity to the local population and the new population (Buckley& Ghauri, 2004). The expansion of the economy to accommodate the increasing population creates a powerful trading unit. The dominance of these states creates a decency notion where other states would depend on the core states in their economic activities. The actions by the core status would affect the world economy. Terms of globalization are dominantly dictated by these nations thus the traces of these states are visible in other states. Semi periphery states This type of nation offers a wider gap between the wealthy and the poor. The opportunities created by the government are diverse but only few ripe benefits. Their action on the world economic globalization is limited by the fact that they literally depend on the core states for economic trades. Action by the core states affects their plans and activities. The limited resources prompt citizens within these states to seek other alternatives that will satisfy their needs. The increasing number of individuals migrating from these states can explain this factor. High number of immigrants into the core states originates from the periphery states(Buckley& Ghauri, 2004). The remaining individuals are left to compete with fro the scarce resources. In matters economic globalization, these states offer less contribution. The activities of periphery influence less on the economic states of the world. They play a lesser role in determining the world economic positions and status. Semi periphery states and The Core Sates relation The core states dominate the world agenda by offering solutions to the worlds conflicts. They account for the majority of would activities. They create an environment and sets standards to be followed by other nations. They are the largest producers of commodities and hence dominating the world trade. Their globalization status creates room for a vast number of industries hence become the number one importers of raw material and the human labor. These materials are majorly sourced from semi- periphery states (Buckley& Ghauri, 2004). The periphery states accounts for the majority of the world’s population thus becoming important in the world economic trade. They then offer markets for good produced by the core states. It is evident that each state depends on each other. The gap between the two classes of nations may be large but they depend on each other in matters economy. Coe and Yeung (2001) indicate the changing trends between the nations involved in economic globalization. The status of each state remains the same but the contribution of each state has shifted. The contribution of the periphery state has increased which is an indication of none spatial nature of the economic globalization. Conflicts arise when the government’s policies conflict with management and control of other locations (Buckley & Ghauri, 2004). There is tend in increased consumption and previously passive producers are turning to semi- periphery state to widen their markets. The shifting production trends in the end would positively change these states. The interaction of individuals within these countries would be based on common markets. The differences in status would play less in determining the role played by each nation towards economic globalization. The global production increases with an increase in global consumption. Global consumption would be determined by the economic strength a country possesses. The limitations may be based on their own government policies. Recommendation The world should create a level ground in which countries would equally contribute towards the economic globalization. The barriers that limit this type of trade needs to be deal with focus being on empowering semi- periphery to acquire a more improved status to enable it compete with other nations in matters policy making. The contribution of each state would be important in maintaining the globalization agenda of improved economy and unified policymaking. The core states needs to acknowledge the important of other states in maintaining the economic trade. The immigration of individuals to the core countries should not be an indication of a failed state rather should be a marketing tool to the periphery states to encourage multinationals to invest into their country within aim of providing equal opportunities to its citizens. The periphery countries should be focused in bridging the wider gap between the wealthy and the poor.
