Moreover, the overall calorie intake of the dishes prepared in residences is also quite low as compared to fast food dishes. Due to which, the level of preference of homely-prepared dishes is quite high within the minds of the customers as compared to fast food dishes (Schlosser, 2012). In this age of competition, every individual is busy in their professional lives. This is because maximum extent of the individual does not get enough time to prepare their recipes or lunch dishes and due to which, the demand of fast food increased. Quality or Taste: It is also another important aspect which needs to be considered at the time of cooking the food recipes. Along with this, cleanliness is also another essential factor that needs to be focused at the time of preparing the recipes both in fast food restaurants and in residence. However, in fast food parlors, the aspect of cleanliness is not offered higher attention and so varied types of disorders takes place. On the other hand, at the time of cooking various recipes in residence, this factor is offered high preference in order to resist varied types of disorders. So, homely prepared recipes are highly preferred by more individuals as compared to fast food dishes. 5. Nutritive value: The nutritive value of the homely prepared recipes is also quite high as compared to fast food recipes. This is because these recipes are prepared with fresh ingredients and accurate method so as to make tastier and healthier. On the other hand, such a technique is not followed in case of fast food parlors and so its level of preference is reducing significantly in these days. Moreover, due to the presence of high calories, saturated fats, sugar and salts, the rate of preference of the individual is decreasing considerably as compared to homely recipes. Due to which, maximum extent of the individual in this busy scenario crave for home prepared recipes as compared to fast food recipes (Bittman, 2011). Conclusion Conclusively, it might be stated after analyzing and evaluating all the above mentioned paragraphs that in-spite of excess cost requirement, homely prepared dishes are more preferred than fast food recipes. Apart from this, as the homely prepared recipes are of high nutritious value, so they are more preferred by the individual of this age among others. Other than this, as the home made dishes are prepared with extreme cleanliness so they are highly favored by the individual as compared to fast food dishes. Therefore, from these above mentioned reasons, it might be clearly depicted that home cooked dishes are better and nutritious for the individual. Due to which, it protects the individual from varied types of deadly disorders as well as heart diseases. So, maximum extent of the individual, in-spite of busy life style, desire for homely prepared dishes as compared to fast food dishes. Work Cited Bittman, Mark, “Cooking solves everything”.
