The intended audience for this text is individuals that live in North America or elsewhere in the developed world that are interested in finding out how the distribution networks and growth of globalization impact poorer populations from around the globe. The book was impactful in the sense that it forced me to think about aspects of the global economy that I may not have ever thought about before.

In terms of evaluating the text, it is the view of this student that the accuracy of the text is exceptional.

Naturally, it is not possible to make a value judgment on accuracy without performing secondary research on the topic. After this was completed, it became clear that the author not only has a passion for the subject matter, something that helps to promote the interest of the reader, but also a profound level of informed knowledge with regard to the way that the entire process takes place.
