The main focus of the research is on “Construction of the houses” and its relation with “Urban Areas”. Urban development is to create a habitat in a harmonious environment, which respects the human rights of individuals, there is no overcrowding, abandoned children, beggars, pollution, crime or all these activities are minimal, that there is a reasonable and balance level of environment that respect the dignity of human ecology, safety and welfare. This can be achieved based on aligning the strategic planning of public interest and private interest. Urban development is sustainable with design and implementation of urban plans to support the ecological environment in the short, medium and long term, fulfilling the principles of equity, decentralism, provision of basic services throughout the country, generating jobs and consultation with social partners for development.
