The event was a reconciliation programme which was intended to bring and consolidate peaceful coexistence in Australia; especially between the aboriginal and non-aboriginal Australians. For this, the peace initiative was dubbed, Coming Together 2013. The reconciliation project took place in Romero centre, situated along Dutton Street, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and the movers and shakers of the movement comprised me and 16 other non-aboriginal and aboriginal peace commissioners. These commissioners were deeply rooted in (Australia’s) history, law, politics, economy and sociology.
