It is essential to teach from the prospects of women also and from a postcolonial viewpoint since women around the world are becoming more and more aware of their rights for equality and self-actualization.

It is vital to provide correct and unbiased information about other cultures and traditions. This may be aided with the presence of bicultural people who could be involved in discussions about cultures and hence provide the students with education of different cultures and breaks mono-culturalism.
