My aim is to apply for Management program where I can learn techniques of long-term analysis and by breakdown; the leader’s industry strategies try to apply the strategy model to the weak business.
The most useful resources now are practice, special teaching programs and by collecting the experience from your colleges at the work.
Moreover, management books are extremely helpful because I can see the bibliography of successful people and special techniques that the persons apply to achieve their goals.
When I will be able to analyze and predict the economical and environment changes in organization where I will be as a team member. As a result I will be able to manage resources and prepare my team and organization for the changes and make a profit by passing the good or bad boom times.
