Introductory Paragraph Introductory Paragraph This week I have read about In the world: Reading and Writing as A Christians. In the part two of this book, there are three authors who argue different in different context and using different argument. This paper presents a summary of the different perception on the On the letter to Christian Artist the writer argues that talent should be used creatively. It is God given and therefore should be used in creatively as god created creatively. Creativity depends on the freedom of the artist. The freedom is not from the humanistic perspective. It has norms and good in the end result. In Evil on Art, Howard portrays a different picture of art by using it to portray an evil. In this perspective the art has been used to advance the evil. There are evil movies which the actors give a negative picture. The evil in arts has been used. It creates a different picture from the first. In such circumstance other may wonder and critically question the possibility of the artist being talent that is used to create evil. Why I Want a Wife

Both the husband and the wife go to work to earn enough to raise their children and have a high standard of living. It is not difficult to find families in the West where women go to work and the husbands stay at home to babysit the children and do other domestic chores such as cooking and washing. On the other hand, wives in many families in the East stay at home to take care of the children, and do cooking, washing, cleaning and such other works. In more conservative Eastern families, women can be thought of as a separate class of people, though with the passage of time, Eastern families are also adopting Western values, and lesser families see women as a separate class of people today than they did in the past. Question 2: Ans...

Paternity leave/parental leave

...? Paternity Leave/ Parental Leave Institute Paternity Leave/ Parental Leave Should fathers be given the same level of consideration as mothers for childbirth (e.g. allowances to be at the hospital for birth, 6 weeks "paternity" leave/“parental leave”, etc.)? Fathers have the right to spend some time at home when their children are born in order to bond with their infants. However, this time need not be necessarily stretched to six weeks unless the father feels the need to remain at home for that long. Cases in which businesses should allow new fathers to take paternal leaves of 6 weeks or more could be those involving sick or premature orphans. Women benefit from maternity leave because they actually need time for their bodies to recover...

I want a wife

In today’s society, the role of the wife is the most important of the family as the woman is the primary caregiver of the children and the main one who ensures the family stays organized and intact. All of these are pertinent points that this essay has included in its structure.
From a modern day mother and wife’s stand point, the article by Brady is totally off the concept of what a wife’s position in the family is in the 20th century. If the type of mentality towards women and wives in general was implied today as it apparently was back in the 70’s, it would leave many women in an utter outrage because a wife/mothers’ role is far more than waiting on a husbands every need, hand and foot. Brady depicted wives as almost sla...

Reflection Paper: Am I A Persuasive Writer

Reflection Paper: Am I A Persuasive Writer?
My favorite essay is the fourth essay I made or one where I wrote about increasing wellness. I think it’s a great essay because it shows cause and effect; it also shows a lot of information regarding managing stress and how proper nutrition makes a big impact in our daily lives, making the essay a lot more convincing, thus making it more persuasive.
The essay also works because of the references I made, as well as the passion. I think my passion for healthy living shows through the essay – I was inspired to do it because I was genuinely interested in the subject. The essay clearly exhibits that interest and that substance is legitimate because of the raw honesty the essay tra...
