Negative Letter Scenario Lt. Johnson, P.O. Box 1234, West View, OR 97654 Dear Sir, We are happy to learn that you have been using and enjoyingone of our famous products i.e. electric blankets for one season. Like our many other customers, you have found our product to be useful, handy and reliable.
One of the main reasons we are able to offer such high quality products at small prices is the low margin of profit that we maintain in our sales. If our products included a provision for warranties extending beyond 24 months period, the overall prices of our products would have been much higher. Therefore, we strictly adhere to our policy of providing warranty that extends for a period of 2 years. Additionally, our warranty does not cover damages inflicted to products as a result of mishandling of products due to noncompliance with the ‘instructions for use’.
We regret to inform you that your request to replace your blanket cannot be entertained due to the fact that our warranty coverage has expired by the end of 24 months (from the date of purchase of product). Secondly, the product (blanket) is in a damaged form which may be due to noncompliance to our ‘instruction for use’ which demands that the blanket be ‘tumbled wash’ to prevent squeezing that can damage the wiring of blanket.
Please allow us to assist you by referring your case to one of our service centers that may repair your product (blanket) for a limited cost. We are hopeful this will relieve your concern in this regard. Should you have further queries, please feel free to write to us.
Kind regards,
XYZ Company. Read More

This is because this particular implement bounces the light in a camera flash in all directions, leading to a softer, warmer and, basically, better light. It is another approach of bounce flash only more convenient and handy. Also, using the flash alone could result in non-uniform lighting, which may lead to some overexposed areas. The diffuser or the soft-box will make the distribution of the light from the flash smoother and more even. The portrait, hence, will have softer light and excellent catch light effect.
