I strongly appreciate Shah’s choice as she has been smartly successful in keeping the reader engaged in the whole dialogue. It also helped in moving the story forward; a good dialogue helps the story to move forward (Kempton, 2004). If this order were reversed it would not create as effective result as it created in this order.
