This is a resourceful book for the research as it has been used in obtaining an understanding between diets, pills, and healthy living in order to develop an elaborate paper.
Cunha strongly believes that low blood pressure can be maintained through proper diet and exercises without involving pills. The article provides other demerits of using pills whilst attempting to provide merits of dietary and exercise options. This article has been used in the research to identify some of the relationships amongst diet, pills, exercises, and some of the common diseases in respect to both merits and demerits.
In the journal of Long Time Living, Elon’s articles attempts to provide demerits of using too many pills as opposed to other options in health living. In this article, Elon vividly describes the side effects of using too many pills. The article has been used in the research in order to illustrate the benefits of diet and exercises over the usage of pills in maintaining a health living.
