Therefore, by a clever and strategic use of mass media he projected a large than life image of himself before the public. He used the latest technologies to his advantage and was able to obtain the title of Tzar in Soviet Union. In this way just using his ideas he was able to do what war could not. Apart from Stalin, there are a number of examples where this quote has come true.
