Download file to see previous pages We had to obey and that we did. When anyone of us did not obey, he had to bear punishment. I remember never being appreciated for a good thing I ever did. Criticism always awaited us.
I know that the aim of my parents behind this strictness was only to discipline us. They loved us a lot but the only thing was that they did not know was how to express love. For example, they wanted us to be independent due to which they would take us to bed in time and tell us to go to sleep in our rooms. We did not know the discipline point in it and all we thought was that perhaps they did not want us to be with them.
In short, I want to tell the reader that parents should be very friendly with children if they want then to share their problems with them.
