A lot of misdeeds are happening in the society due to lack of awareness of legal information. People’s rights are getting infringed with the main reason being that they have little or no information regarding the rights that they are entitled. The dissemination of legal rights to the society will contribute to the awareness, understanding and implementation of legal information by the individuals in the society. Individuals will get the concepts of legal rights of preservation, their personal rights and the public rights. For a long period of time people have been leading a miserable life with the main reason being that they do not the rights that they are entitled. This, therefore, led to the study of how dissemination legal information could improve the society. Through the dissemination of legal information, economic development of the society was realized because people got to know of their rights. Knowing of ones’ right equals empowerment. The study was done with the aim of showing the impact of dissemination of legal information in the society. Dissemination of legal information for understanding involves targeting groups that have little or no understanding of the legal information. This is because there is a notion that they can benefit from understanding the legal Information and it is here that they get to know of the rights that they are entitled to. It will be of great significance that these groups have a deeper understanding of the legal information (Danner, 23). Dissemination of Legal Information for Action denotes a modification of practice subsequent from the adoption of merchandises, materials or methods offered by the Legal Information (Zubok & Chuprov, 72). These groups are of great importance as they are those that are in a great position to influence and bring about change in the dissemination of Legal Information. These are the audiences that will need to be well equipped with the proper skills, knowledge and understanding of the legal Information. Based on that, dissemination of legal information can improve the society by conservation all rights that entrusted by law, Contribution to society improvement, and Knowledge of the means that can be used for spread the legal information. To improve the society by disseminating of legal information, people need to know the concept of legal rights preservation. Public rights are the part of the law that rules relations between people and the government. Public rights belong to the people but are justified by political bodies. Examples of public rights entail the public right to use highways and public rights of fishing and navigation (Pearson, 33). Through public rights the society gets improved in aspects such as better citizenship, better citizenship is realized through opportunities to contribute and support nature conservation activities and through education in getting to know the environment around us as a share of formal and informal education contributing to improved citizenship and respect to the environment. Another aspect is sustainable travel through the rights of way we get the safe travel to different places, free traffic routes for recreation and for travel to work or school, or to access services. This enables the improvement of the society, as we are able to move to various places to carry out our different livelihoods and conduct our businesses. Through the public rights we get to know of our rights of travel and navigation which immensely contributes to the improvement of the society as people have a right to go to different places to work or even carry out their business where they presume fit or depending on the market. This contributes to well-being of the society which translates to the improvement of the economy (Pearson, 34). Personal rights are legal rights persons have over their own bodies. These rights are protected in either civil or criminal law, and in some cases they are incorporated in documents such as constitutions and charters. Violations on personal rights may result in consequences like fines, and prison time, depending on the level of infringement involved (Pearson, 34). Some of the personal rights consist of the right to personal safety. Assault and battery are considered to be crimes because they are infringement of personal rights. Individuals can go a notch higher to request for protective orders to have dangerous people away from them, legally pursuing individuals who threaten them regardless of causing physical harm and suing individuals who jeopardize their personal safety. Incorporated to the personal rights is the idea of reputation and societal standing. Individuals depend on their reputations to get accommodation and work, in addition to participating in events in the society. If one's reputation is ruined because someone spreads untruths or makes outrageous accusations, the victim is entitled to sue on the basis that one’s personal rights have been infringed. The law offers protection for individuals who are victims of criminal activity such as slander as well as defamation. With the Legal dissemination of information in place people will get to know of the personal rights that they are entitled to, cases such as assault and battery will be reduced and impacting to the improvement of the society as they will be aware of their right thus no one can cross their path hence devoting all their time and energy to the well-being of the society (Pearson, 36). Improve the society by dissemination of legal information, will lead to further contribute in the development of this community. The development of society requires respect to the public order. Because the goal of public order law is to make sure that personal rights to freedom of speech as well as freedom of assembly are well balanced against the rights of other individuals to carry out their daily routines unobstructed. Respect for public order has led to the curbing of riots. In rioting, a lot of damage in done in regard to property destruction, looting of merchandise and even injuring and instilling fear to people. Through the respect for public order all the problems stated above are taken care of, as people are aware of the implications of rioting and how rioting derails businesses. Respect of public order has contributed to the curbing of violent disorder which involves fighting between three or more individuals (Armatas, 32). This fight involves the use of weapons amid rival groups in an area where members of the public can easily access. This leads to severe disruption and instilling fear to them. Violent disorder also involves an outbreak of violence that carries with it the capability of a huge impact on a modest scale on non-participants. Finally respect for public order has helped in curbing serious disorders at public events, where missiles and other dangerous weapons are thrown and has reduced violence that is used against humans. Respect for public order has also contributed to the curbing of affray. The indiscriminate throwing of objects aimed at a group of individuals where injuries are bound to be caused has been curbed due to the respect for public order. The respect for public order has led to the improvement of the society in that there are no riots, violent disorders and affray, whose negative impacts have been discussed above (Rubin, 22). This translates to a good economy within the society, as the people are able to conduct their businesses and transactions peacefully. It also results to the proper maintenance of infrastructure within the society. Peace among individuals leads to the improvement of the society as it offers a serene environment and attraction for investors in the society who do not want to make losses in the event of riots. The development of society requires laws Development. Laws development contributes to the improvement of the society and ensures the safety of our families as well as our way life. Through laws we have rules to follow hence we live with the structure and without chaos. If we did not have laws to guide us on the things we are not allowed to do, individuals would carry out whatever they wish and there would be no repercussions. This emphasizes more why laws contribute to the improvement of the society. With laws there will be no chaos, there will be respect of property which creates a good working environment thus contributing to improvement of the society (Zubok & Chuprov, 73). Laws are important as they keep the society running in the event that there are no laws there would be chaos and it would be everyman for himself or rather survival for the fittest which is not an ideal way of life (Hoj, 33). Laws are important as they act as guidelines as to what is acknowledged in the society. Laws are everywhere and it is crucial that we involve to them. If we follow this laws we will be productive in terms of outputs, individuals will share resources equally and there will be no conflicts thus contributing to the improvement of the society. Law necessitates for easy adoption to change that occur in the society, as changes in time occur so will changes in law. Laws are regularly being changed, people may not always approve with certain laws but that is how the society works. Laws are essential as they keep the society running. Improve the society by dissemination of legal information need to know the best Methods of legal information dissemination. Electronic dissemination of legal information is a very important tool of relaying information to the public considering its effectiveness, reliability and that the target audience that is readily available. Little or no cost is involved in the electronic dissemination of information. The tools involved in electronic dissemination are electronic news alerts, dissemination websites, mailing lists and emails. On choosing the target audiences, a useful start will be putting together a mailing list of key individuals to receive materials and the legal information. This may be nominated persons are identified as leaders that can influence people or individuals that have already expressed interest in legal information. When coming up with mailing lists we consider the number of copies of brochures and materials, ways which individuals can be encouraged to disseminate copies of materials more widely within the society and what readily established organizations are willing to disseminate information (Hahn, 22). E-mail /Mail base lists the great majority of individuals involved in organizations are members of not less than one mail base discussion list and this is an effective form of communicating with the target audiences. Depending on the type of your group, you can engage individuals in lively, active debates on legal information. Projects that have been done before show that it can be rather difficult to start debates on mail base list, one of the most useful approaches in mail base is to have frequent timed discussions, publicized in advance, and maybe having a guest speaker. Using the mail base list as a form of consulting the society is also an effective method of legal information dissemination. Brochures and flyers technique is another important tool of relaying information to the target audience. This material will be distributed to designated conferences, workshops or public events organized by the legal information associates (Alexander, 28). A brochure dedicated to the legal dissemination information will be designed and printed in order to summarize the details, objectives and benefits available both on paper and on-line on the legal dissemination website. Brochures have several advantages such as one has complete control on what is said and the way it is said implying that it will be a useful tool use in the legal information dissemination as there is total control in whatever is said in the brochure. You control who gets the brochure and the placement areas. Another important aspect is the selection of the target audience to give the brochures. Flexibility in brochures one can choose the form of printing, size and paper to match your budget and marketing needs. Dissemination of legal material can also be done through flyers. There should be different types of flyers regarding to different needs depending on the development of the legal information. These flyers will be coined to offer a practical and attractive presentation to show project objectives, deliverables to widen public targets. During the stages of the legal information dissemination flyers will be tailored to respond effectively to different requirements. Flyers can be handled by printing them and hand them over to the public. This often creates that necessity of individuals to want to know what is contained in the flyers. Email them to the target groups this will enhance reliability in the dissemination of the legal information. Mail them to a given target group this aimed at the groups that do not have access to the other forms of electronic dissemination. It is important as it ensures the dissemination of legal information to all target groups (Hill, 11). To summarize, Legal dissemination of information has led to the improvement of the society through awareness creation and to the understanding of the legal information. To add to economic improvement of the society through legal information, peace has also been realized. Dissemination of legal information is equivalent to empowerment.
