There is no emotion other than fear, which has such a lasting impact upon our minds. We are not able to come out of it. We just cannot help it. Horror films are one genre of movies that invokes negative emotions in the viewers by manipulating their most imaginative fears. They create such an aura of fright and dreadfulness that we become friends with sleepless nights and eerie feelings for many days to come. In this paper, I am going to peep into my past when I was a young kid, and will describe how a horror movie impacted me for many days ahead. Scream (1996) was the first horror movie I ever saw. It was directed by Wes Craven; and, it starred my favorite heroine at that time, Drew Barrymore. It was one fine evening that my friend and I decided to watch Scream. I was at my friend’s house for a slumber party. We fetched some popcorn after dinner, and seated ourselves in front of the television. Back then, we used video cassette players since DVD players had not been invented. My friend inserted a video cassette inside the player, and the movie began on the television screen. The story was about a pair of psychic friends who killed young nubile girls for fun’s sake. The film contained lots of gory, violent and horrible scenes of stabbing and slitting.

Sometimes there are some horror movies that go beyond. Scream, directed by Wes Craven, is one of them. Wes Craven is always playing with the fears of the viewers. Always finds ways to scare the public at every turn. He also played with the head of the spectator, and causes them to guess themselves.
Remarkably, electrical work entails the risk of getting into contact with high voltages that are distributed to companies’ motors and machineries that are used to produce the desired final product. The first day of work, no matter the risks involved, is characterized by anxiety to get more experience from the theoretical knowledge (Innes 8).
Consequently, there was only one option open to me - adoption. To date this has been the hardest decision I have ever made. My doctor was a man of empathy. He knew I wanted the newborn to have a better life so he suggested a closed adoption. The physician matched my son with two of his childless friends.
I even buttered some warm toast on a separate plate. My nostrils could almost taste the crunchy, salty bacon, bite into the juicy sausage, and consume the hot eggs and soft, warm toast. I quickly hustled as I placed two servings of brightly colored juice on the tray, which now appeared to have enough food for a small family instead of just me.
I was more excited as I was shifting my school. My previous school lasted till elementary school only. The Middle School was located on the outskirts of urban area of South Korea. Our family and other relatives have been living in Korea; I was born in same state.
