To begin with, the first cause of war is the issue of nuclear weapons, poison gases and germ welfare. Some countries consider nuclear development as a technological advancement that prepares a country for any war. Nuclear weapons are known to cause mass destruction when they are used in wars. Therefore, countries that have developed nuclear weapons are considered superior than other countries that do not have the nuclear weapon development. As such, some countries threaten to attack other countries since they are superior to countries that do not have the nuclear weapons (Betts 231).

This causes a threat to human life and human existence as the weapons will only take a short time to annihilate human kind. As such, some countries are opposing the development of such arsenals in the world as they are a threat to human existence. Since these countries have invested vast resources in this kind of technology, they have to complete their mission. This is against the wishes of other countries that are preventing the emergence of nuclear weapons that could destroy the earth. Similarly, countries engage in wars due to use of poisonous gases.

These gases are a threat to human life and the climate of the earth. As such, they pose danger to the human existence. This is not acceptable to countries that are considered ardent supporters of humanity. Therefore, there will be an erupting conflict between such countries. Racism and religious affiliation is another cause of wars in the world. It is explicitly seen that the world comprises of different races and ethnic groups. However, some ethnic groups are hell-bent on ensuring their race is enriched with resources.

In most cases, these resources are meant for all the people and all the races in the region. However, some races ensure that their race is getting a larger share of these resources without caring fore the other ethnic groups. This will build up conflicts which could lead to an eruption of war. In many parts of the world, racism is a persistent problem that continues to prevail through communities. Though some activists have directed their efforts towards reducing racism, many people are still practicing this vice.

Similarly, there are some people that have unending faith in their religion and will do anything as pertains to their religion (Levy and Thompson 33). In some cases, these people take themselves as martyrs. These are people that are hell-bent on their faith in their religion and this could lead to an eruption of war if their religion is not respected. In addition to this, some of the religious people believe that killing many people would guarantee immortal life in heaven. Therefore, after death, they are guaranteed that they will have better life which is unending.

In respect to this statement, many people instigate suicide bombing attacks, which kill many people. This leads to reaction from the other people that are directly affected by these activities. This leads to an eruption of war between religious affiliations which are directly concerned with the lives of their followers. The economy of countries is a vital aspect that dictates on the progress of a country. A country that has vast resources is well prepared to make an improvement in the economy, politics and in the social environment.

However, countries that do not have resources are not well established in making solid steps towards achieving their goals.
