Carbon Emission Introduction Carbon emission involves the gases released in the air as a by-product when fuels mostlyfrom fossil origin and its related materials are burnt. Scientifically, it is explained that, due to the heaviness of the carbon gas in relation to others it tends to sediment at the bottom in the atmosphere. Its accumulation for many years and due to its insulation property, it tends to act as an insulation material on the earth therefore, leading to the gradual increment of temperature in the world. Carbon emission has been blamed as the major causer of global warming whose main effect in the world is the abnormal climatic changes, which has an effect on the distribution of both the flora and fauna. Some of the activities that take place for the carbon dioxide to be emitted cannot be easily avoided for involve daily essential activities that make the life of a human being complete. Among these activities include, burning fuel to provide warmth during winter, cooking, multivehicle combustion and other industrial activities. The earth’s temperature  has solely increased as a result of carbon dioxide was discovered way back in early 90’s after a series of argument between the parties who could propose and opposes but in the late 60’s they came to an agreement and research on how this gas accumulated commenced Martha 26). “Global warming is indeed a scam, perpetrated by scientists with vested interests, but in need of crash courses in geology, logic and the philosophy of science”. Unfortunately, because of human activities that have been characterized as an addition of more carbon in the environment and reduction of the necessary plants which could absorb these gases through deforestation. The greatest effect her is abnormal temperature increase, which causes other effects like drying of water bodies and swamps that significantly affects the life of plants and beasts that were initially suited for such weather. On examining and confidently concluding the effect of this environmental threat, governments mostly from the developed countries under different environmental related sectors, have come up with strict regulatory based on controlling the rate of emission. A serious concern was brought forth when it was found that the rate at which carbon emission was growing in the previous five years had multiplied by a fourfold as compared to a decade back that is an increment from 0.8 % in 1999 to 3.2 % by late 2005. Counter Argument There has been a global outcry by both international political leaders and humanitarian organization to devise attempts to reduce on the rate of emission. This was mostly as a result of the development experts classifying all the economic activities that end up emitting this gas as not observing sustainability in their developmental project. Sustainability in this case involved production of country’s wealth without compromise the ability to providing such wealth in the future of which these companies already do. There has been a series of warning by the global project on carbon on the rate at which carbon is accumulating in the air leading to the raising of to his temperature to around 5C. This warming started to be experienced as early as in the late 90’s this was excited by the involuntary locomotion and sometimes shifting of birds and insects which are sensitive to temperature change these being initial signs of extinction. Extinctions of such animals under the threat of temperature rise could occur in a short time as it happened in Europe in mid 2003 due to a surprise wave of heat, which claimed ten thousands of people majority of them being the aged whose ability for locomotion was hard (Charles 44). Carbon emission need to be has strongly blamed by the meteorologists for the active role it has being played in the disorganization of the weather and consequently climatic patterns due to the atmospheres response to the abnormal temperatures associated with the effect of this gas. (Charles 44). Extreme temperatures because of the carbon dioxide accumulation lead to excessive desiccation of the water bodies on earth leading to a serious drought. Contrarily the subsequent season will be associated with extremely high rainfalls because of a lot of high rate of condensation of during the dry seasons (Billy 34). This rain becomes so much excess that they cease lives and millions worth of property mostly from the foods. Conclusion Having seen how dangerous carbon emission is likely to be in the near future is therefore of substance not only to formulate ways but also to follow them in order to counteracts the principal causes of these emissions. The most prioritized is to use the political authority to high light and educate the public on the dangerous attached to the aftermath of this emission. The public can now see the need adopt into activities with little carbon emission for instance use of other sources of energy like solar as opposed to combustion-based energy. The major sources of carbon emissions are the motor vehicle so it is always advisable to limit the use of the vehicles where possible by, cycling small distances, use of public means of transport.
