Therefore, by designing and constructing greenhouses the company has vested interest in the making of green houses. However, the company will not sell greenhouses materials to the company because of this conflict of interest. The conflict appears because the Royal Picasa company may have vested interest in the awarding of tender to supply the project with greenhouse equipment. This conflict of interest will be solved by giving the right to publish a tender for the greenhouse equipment to Agrip Oil Company. 5.4 Other relevant information Royal Picasa has a long history in such kind of projects; it has grown from a medium size consultancy firm to a large conglomerate. It has build refineries in South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Mexico. The company is credit worthy as can be shown by its bank statements and assets worth over 10 billion dollars.
