Framework of Organizational Learning and Learning Structures According to Peter Senge the learning organizations are: “…organizations where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured, where collective aspiration is set free, and where people are continually learning to see the whole together. (Smith 1975, pp.199) A methodical confusion of what working, learning, and innovating are the compound of opposing forces that place an organization's suppositions and center beliefs in straight difference with affiliate’s working. The working, learning, and innovating communities and practice of the workplace are intimidated by many modern methods and technologies particularly those, that are designed to down skills, as a result of such misunderstandings. (Hoffman 1981, pp.190) Two important theories are known. One is that the learning and the practice is not to be understood in terms of intended groups but to be realized as emerged communities. The formers of the rules are often according to the rules of law but the latters are not. Only the canonical groups should be looked, there configuration should hide the influence that occupy interstices communities. This will not clearly reveal as how to organize and accomplish the working and learning. Only dominant suppositions of the organizations are reflected through this. (Rossler 2005, pp. 42) A learning institute can be defined by different attributes. One thought is to introduce the work teams and groups within a work place in order to increase the working and learning practices as otherwise the learners will consider themselves as individuals. In order to increase the learning and working practices, an organization must close the gaps between the learners. It should appear as a community of communities. The activities within the members of it should be legitimized and supported by the organization. (Smith 1975 pp.199) The basic rationale for such organizations is that in situations of rapid change only those that are flexible, adaptive and productive will excel. For this to happen, it is argued, organizations need to ‘discover how to tap people’s commitment and capacity to learn at all levels” (Rossler 2005, pp. 42) That is a fact that every person has the ability to learn, the fault is mostly in the structures and systems that are not too responding and reflective towards engagement to learning. People often face the situations which they cannot understand as they lack the tools and ideas that help them making sense of such circumstances. It is organizations’ responsibility to shift the mind to their members. (Hoffman 1981, pp.190) Educational experts must modify and analyze their practices in order to empower all learners. It is needed to be aware of the need of the learners, and another important thing is to know the learning style through which the learners can easily adapt what has been taught to them. The programs are first planned and then implemented that are designed to asses the learners needs. These programs are used to analyze the outcomes of the learners that are then evaluated. On the basis of the reflective practices, the practices are modified. In a democratic society, the extent to which these practices involve to greater purposes of education is reflected through these programs. In order to understand the complex phenomenon of a learning institute, conceptual framework is used in order to organize and focus their ideas. The conceptual framework for this can be explained in many of the ways. Some of which are as follows: Logical thoughts or perception, as a set, structured in a way that formulates learning institutes simple to correspond to learners. The basic idea of the learning institute, basically a well thought-out way of opinion concerning why and how a scheme of the specific learning institute is created, and about how we understand its activities. It is the foundation intended for opinion about what we are planning to do and what will be its results, this opinion is often influenced by that of others known learning institutes. A general idea of thoughts and carry outs that form the mode work is carried out in a specific learning organization. Suppositions, principles, as well as descriptions which help all to work together. (Rossler 2005 pp. 42) Whenever studying a learning organization, it is always necessary to know what it means for, how it will work and what are the methods and techniques that would help in accomplishing the goal of the learning institute. It should be explained that why the organization has been made in a particular way and this is done by the framework. There are often similar things done by others, their ideas often help us in our own projects, frameworks help us understanding the ideas of other. Frameworks are most likely the travel maps, some other people have might do the similar work like us and would have their own milestones and strategies to complete their work. As the map shows different ways to reach the same place via different paths, same way the framework explains different methods and approaches to carry out a project with the same expected results. It gives an idea that how long it might take and what will come next to it. It helps in taking and deciding the route, which will be followed to develop the project. It helps in evaluating certain methods that would be used and eliminate the others that are rejected. There are chances that people have followed the same ways before and are well experienced with the thick and thin of those over other methods. And still, there may be some methods which have never been used before. Conceptual framework helps us in deciding that why a method should be adapted, as according to the other’s experience, moreover, explains what we want to explore ourselves. (Hoffman 1981 pp.190) The empowerment of all learners is the spirit of the organization’s conceptual framework. Organization’s candidates, students in school programs, beginners, career administrators and educators, and the other education related professionals, all are referred to as the learners. The learners are from any social group, ethnicity, culture, race, ability and gender that could be found in any social circle or in a learner community. The main focus of the organization is to authorize these learners to be able to play significant roles in the public education and the carried on processes of democracy. All the aspects of educational decision making are emphasized through conceptual framework. It believes that the organization’s perspective should not only be providing the education professionals but it is much more beyond it. These activities pressurize to the practices in field work, the on going specialized establishment of the educators that are in the beginning stages or want to make their careers. It also recognizes the policies that are to be adopted at the national, local and state level. The organizations efforts have both direct and indirect influence. The direct impact is of the faculty within the organization as they are taking the direct part in the activities, but the candidates of the organizations have the greater impact as they play the leader ship roles in the professional circles and they interact through their professional approaches to the activities. Overruling subject of conceptual framework is to attain brilliance through partnership. Conceptual framework makes sure that a single entity or isolation can not assure the empowerment of all learners that is the goal of the organization. Authorization is the collaborative role b the community, schools, colleges and universities, in maintenance with the pledge to democratic values. Every partner should realize its role supposing himself as the leader in the greater effort to empower all learners and in his struggle to gain educational fitness in collaboration with their communities and schools. (Hoffman 1981 pp.190) Some recent ethnographic studies have been done on work place practices. These studies show that the ay organizations describe the work in their programs, organizational charts, manuals and job descriptions is totally different from the way people actually perform the work. Though organizations always depend on these writings and drafts to in order o understand the ways to improve the work. The connection becomes apparent between work, learning, and innovation by reassessing the framework of actual practice and actual communities. It would be possible for the organization to reconceived and redesign the work, learning, and innovation with a unified view of them. According to purposes of conceptual framework, the organization should always be approachable to the on going changes and the requirements in education. The results and feedbacks in attaining the goals of the organizations should also be considered. In the conceptual framework, there is a fluid constituent that without altering the whole framework, will respond to the needs and changes. It has the focus on the organizations resources and its priorities. Bibliography: Stohler R., Rössler Wulf (2005), Dual Diagnosis: The Evolving Conceptual Framework, pg 160 Smith F.
