Conversely, the biggest drawback to such an approach is the fact that many times principles are not on the ground long enough at the location to see the result of whatever changes they hoped to effect. This inability to realize many goals and see plans come to fruition is more than damaging due to the fact that it not only has an effect on the shareholders within the educational system but also on the outlook that the principle himself/herself engages.
