room Management A. of Two In Activities Use of Learning Centers and Computer Stations The use of learning centers and computer stations will certainly help the students in obtaining the knowledge of varied activities as a group or individual. The students need to obtain the knowledge about computer as well as valuable techniques for performing significant activities. The learning centers and computer stations depend on the space and the methods used for the teaching process. The students are to be taught in a collaborative manner which will enable to enhance their learning process by a greater extent.

They must be provided with an opportunity to perform all the activities as well as to operate computers for gaining practical knowledge of the materials which were provided in the classroom. Therefore, the use of learning centers and computer stations will increase the learning levels of the students and can be considered to be an important element for the teaching process (abcteach.com, 2009). Student Attention and Participation during Teacher-Led Activities Teacher-led activities are to be conducted in an effective manner for the purpose of raising the attention as well as the participation of the students in classroom learning.

It is the teachers who are liable to raise the attention of the students by introducing interesting learning sessions. The teachers are required to deliver the lessons to the students in a smooth manner and should emphasize upon conducting the sessions in groups which would ultimately increase the attention levels of the students by a considerable level. By conducting the learning sessions in groups, the students can be accustomed with communication, leadership as well as career development skills at large (School of Teacher Education, 2012). B. Description of Two Out-of-Class Activities A Homework Project That Requires Collaboration with an Adult The involvement of parents or an adult in helping children with their homework projects is regarded to be an imperative element for the advancements of the children.

The participation of the parents or an adult would assist the children to successfully complete their homework projects. The quality of a completed homework project of the children generally rises with the participation of their parents or an adult. The participation supports the children to possess an optimistic attitude regarding the assigned homework project and also enables them to deem the project as an opportunity to learn valuable skills. This participation or collaboration approach also helps in developing the qualities of a better learner for the students.

With active collaboration and guidance of an adult, a child or student would be able to learn the significant aspects or skills such as time management which is imperative in homework projects. The participation or collaboration of the parents will encourage their children to improve their academic performance by a greater extent (Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, 2009). Research Project in the Library or Any Project That Might Be Completed In a Specialty Class The students must be provided with library facility for conducting research works on projects.

The schools where there lies limited accessibility of using computers are required to facilitate the students with better library accommodation. Consequently, the students would be able to gather all the related information about their respective projects from libraries. The library should contain all the books as well as the materials which are necessary for the students to conduct their studies. Contextually, specialty classes are an integral part of academic curriculum of a number of universities.

These classes facilitate the students to build their physical fitness along with focusing on developing their concentration levels. A project completed under the specialty classes periphery can enable the students to build group interaction and bonding among others (Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, 2009). C. Two Evaluation Methods to Determine the Level of Student Understanding The methods for evaluating the understanding of classroom behavioral expectations and consequences of students for in and out-class activities are behavior chart and performance assessment of activities.

These methods are used for evaluating as well as improving the behavior and the performance of the students by a considerable level. Behavior Chart Behavior chart is a tool for measuring the activities which are performed by the students in the classroom. This chart is considered to be an excellent instrument which aids to enhance the behavior of the students. In this regard, the behavior of the students is required to be marked accordingly for tracking their academic as well as career development.

Behavior chart should be displayed in front of the students which would facilitate them to realize their lacunas and to improve their behaviors at school as well as in the classroom (Nair, 2011). Performance Assessment of Activities The students while performing activities in groups or teams are evaluated by the teachers on the basis of their educational performances as well as behaviors. The group activities performed by the students will eventually lead them towards interacting with other students and thus they can acquire the knowledge about the importance of group performance.

The periodic assessment of the activities which are performed by the students would assist the teachers in tracking the academic performance as well as in developing the behavior of the students by a significant level (Nair, 2011).
