In spite of the air conditioning using huge amounts of energy, many companies decide on using it not only because of the extra heat produced by growing usage of Information Technology equipment but also because of the efficiency of its performance in controlling the air pressure, temperature and humidity.Additionally, the company is looking for simple, least-cost methods to aid in energy-saving and increase the efficiency of the air conditioning system. The air conditioning system does not necessarily operate at a temperature lower than 24°C.

During the installation of HVAC, the building does not need to have the system for heating and cooling to conflict with one another, due to the exorbitant monetary implication involved. The most appropriate process of installation is by maintaining the temperature gap between the temperature increase in the building and the control over the air conditioner. For heating, the equipment needed in the building is Boilers, Furnaces and Heat Pumping device. For Air Conditioning, the equipment needed is the Air Conditioners and the Heat Pumping device.

All the installation process require policies and programs associated with the general HVAC systems as well as the particular exposure to air systems, found within the connections below. The customer control has detailed management and guidelines on the cooking, ventilation, and control over the air conditioning.Reasons for the InvestigationThis investigation follows the study on the floor plans from the basement to the rooftop floor to determine the feasibility of constructing the HVAC ventilation project.

This is necessary in confirming whether the housing project will require a building ventilation system for efficiency and will sustain a central two-speed dissipation fan in order to draw the air from the various rooms and in all the floors. The investigation is also required to establish the rationale in installing the HVAC system in the whole building which system provides nearly 0.35 hourly variations in the natural air (ACH_nat) on reduced speed and 1.0 ACH_nat on an increased speed.

All the building floors require ventilation to eliminate the stale inner air, intense pressure, high temperature and the excessive presence of moisture, essentially increasing the flow of oxygen for inhabitants of the building. There is a substantial concern currently about the level of ventilation that is required to sustain the value of air in the building, following the sophisticated floor plans in the building. While it is extremely demanding to measure the impact of inside air value problems, the project objectives is in agreement with the proposal of interior air quality professionals, who agree that the resolution is to install efficient ventilation and heating system in the buildings. From various research and literature, normal buildings are expected to have inside air value complications as a show of energy efficiency. When setting the windows, it offer one way of controlling the outside air to have sufficient ventilation. This is a rare strategy as it seldom uses a steady, continuous base for the demand for HVAC system. The study objective is therefore to identify all the floors with poor air supply system. This is to aid in the installation of sensors in the room to monitor the carbon dioxide content, to keep the air fresh, while the installation of odor sterilization equipment, and keep the air clean. With thermal control system is mainly used in winter. The second objective is to reduce the utilization of human resources. In order to identify all the public facilities that will be monitored by the BMS system, fully automatic control switch, and adjust the fresh wind and the temperature of the various function for convenient operations.

Literature Review

Many building scientists and experts believe in the need for proper air ventilation control system for every building regardless of the size as long as the building is to be occupied by humans and other living organisms. The buildings are not assumed to have inherently sufficient ventilation and the occupants cannot be automatically relieved from the concerns on the interior air quality. The scholars therefore recommend the installation of automated system for ventilation in all the floors of all buildings (Swenson 1995, p. 79). As the ventilation system works, the air that is released from the building through the exhaust fans has to be substituted by external air. The new inflowing air gets into the building either through the air leakage or through a controlled ventilation inlet. Reliance on the air outflow through leakages does not necessitate any extra equipment. However, the inhabitant of the building has little control to regulate the amount of air entering the building. Most of the air leakages enter the buildings from unwelcome sites, which include crawl spaces or top story (Pauschinger 2012, p. 54). For highlight housing units, the HVAC ventilation fans cannot pull in adequate external air to stabilize the air being drained out. This produces a destructive pressure within the building, leading to an increased need for fan motors. ...Download file to see next pages Read More
