Technological factors: Innovations, availability or access of technology at the required level and its easy access are important factors to be noted. Technological factors include not only ICT based installations but all other modes of conveyance and transportation. The information and communication technology has brought a remarkable unification by merging the telephonic communication with a regular computer system.
