Request for Proposal Affiliation 0 Overview 2 General Information The oganga independent college is seeking to acquire a new registration system to be used by both the students and the staff. This solution includes but not limited to the sale, delivery, maintenance, integration, and 10-year support of this system. The college will consider various factors in selecting the best vender to provide, deliver, integrate, maintain, install, and support the software solution. In addition to the technical capacity that come with the system, the selected vender must be financially established and show capabilities to meet high standards of quality in support and service during the award period.

A verifiable and demonstrable commitment to total satisfaction rate and support will be the main facet in the assessment of vender qualifications. The term for this Request for Proposal will be 5 years. This proposal is renewable for 6th and 7th year. 1.2 Work Included The proposal will not be limited to, services all labor and the materials needed for the completion of this project. Proposal shall include all costs of insurance, licensing fees, labor, agreements, and other costs reasonably important to complete this project (Porter-Roth, 2002). 1.3 Agenda The agenda to this RFP must be issued and authorized in writing by the college.

Any agenda that alter the RFP documents by deleting, adding, or correcting it contents will be given before the proposal receipt dates. 1.4 Pre-Proposal Conference A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 12, 2014 at 2:30 PM. The meeting will be at the Schools Main Conference hall. The meeting is optional and will compose of answer question session. 1.5 Schedule of Events The below attached scheduled is anticipated for this project. The schedule may change depending on the Proposals results.

The final schedule will be established before contracting with the winning Vender.
