The present research determines the impact of globalization on management workplace diversity at Samsung. It remains as one of the major challenges for the organization to thrive multicultural teams. The core objective of the organization is to attain competitive advantages through collaborating talent, skill and knowledge of employees at its workplace. Similarly, Samsung remains to be one of the leading multinational companies that have tremendously expanded its business across the globe. By the information gained through this research, it can be identified that Samsung is constantly engaged with its stakeholders to determine the challenges and Market need emerging because of globalization. The findings show that the company is constantly engaged in exploring opportunities to improve its performance by enhancing skills and knowledge of its employees that is required at the global level. For that, the company has enacted different ethical, environmental health and safety and employee training and development programs. The issues of gender discrimination remain to be one of the major components that Samsung is effectively addressing. There are different programs that the company is currently running to support women Workforce. There are talent programs and other global training programs for its employees that enable them to improve their engagement. Samsung also acknowledges the communication barrier emerging because of different cultures. There is a strict ethical code of conduct and employees are effectively being respondent through emails, website, and telephone hotlines. However, the main focus of Samsung to manage diversity in its workplace is on bringing environmental and economic sustainability in its operations. Since Samsung is constantly bringing improvement in its policies and practices to manage workplace diversity, it needs to ensure that these changes are effectively managed in future.
