As humans, we get involved in business activities; buying, selling, shopping and the likes happen on daily basis. This is the field am greatly attracted in, to get to learn more about it. Though, I hold a wide series of interests, I have been overly drawn to business management. This is due to it stimulating environment coupled with many demands and challenges. All in all, the catchiest thing about business management is that it directly or indirectly impacts all lots of people. I am a forward thinker with an objective, ambition and capacity which all are vital ingredients for effectual business management. I am a good team player and possess strong interpersonal and intrapersonal working skills. Due to my hard earned organizational skills both in academic field and work experience, am well able to work as an individual and in a group. Research has been an indispensable part of my professional development. Indulgence in academic, professional and trade journals are what I considered to be part of expertise and leadership development. This equips me with substantial requirements for the industry. I have completed my A levels at Royal Wolverhampton School in the United Kingdom. Although I grew up in china, I have had a chance to study in the UK where I have excelled throughout in my academic life. During, my studies I have pursued an interdisciplinary focus involving Maths, Chinese, Art and Accounting. My experiences in varied disciplines have sharpened my sense of self-discipline. Here, I enjoyed many opportunities to learn and hands on experiences in the lab, field work across the school and lectures from leading researchers who overly engaged my mind and captured my interest. In my studies I have noticed the growing urge in me for management. Bearing in mind that customers’ expectations are exceptional, I have realized this course is more than management. Rather, it is all about service quality placement. I had a chance to get mentored by inspirational and visionary lecturers at this school. The professors helped nature my talent and passion by offering variety of challenging, demanding and interesting assignments. The experiences more than anything else got me more interested in the world of business. What's more, extensive use of computers in my studies and assignment completions and research at the school, beneficially caused intense knowledge on computers applicable in a range of business software. In this regard, I will be able to rely on my strong foundation in various disciplines in my further studies in business management as I believe I have all it takes to succeed in this arena My strongest personal traits are first and foremost the intense desire to be successful in anything I do or try to do. I have this desire to go an extra mile in order to achieve my aims. This in conjunction with a very positive mind towards life and my strong sense of persistence, have seen me keep moving. These traits have enabled me not to be knocked down by disappointments, regrets but rather understood that nothing comes easily or straightforward. For that reason, one has to be patient to get to their destiny. I have realized how these traits are deep rooted in me during my out of class practices. I am good dancer. I have been dancing since childhood. I have risen to the top to even positions of spearheading groups dance especially multi-dynamic nature of multi-cultural dancing practices. Here, I got involved in making methodical judgment, managing people, decisions handling and making and assessing and noting imperative points from minor details. Moreover, I have good knowledge of piano. I have played piano and managed to get up to level ten. Mastering each key, and step in the process may not be the easiest thing. But for purposes making progress I got overly engaged. Gradually but sure I have achieved this through handwork and patience. During summer, I worked as secretary in a real estate firm in China for 2 months. The position necessitated me to work closely with the management team, facilitate the stipulation of a full and broad support to the company. My roles involved me in the administration of the company, performing computerized duties, maintaining statutory books and taking minutes in general meetings. My responsibility also included; ensuring smooth daily operation of the office, thus enabling my colleagues do their jobs efficiently. As well, I handled all business correspondence – both the post and phone calls. Was also in charge of writing up, scanning and faxing company`s documents, and overall secretarial duties. Being under guidance of the Office Manager I have acquired a practical experience of a real business operation that cannot be simulated in the lecture room. At this juncture, I would like to go to the next level and complete undergraduate course in Business Management. I confidently believe that, at the completion of my undergraduate course I will be in a position to negotiate more effectively, navigate any popping change, make better decision, cope and handle uncertainty and risks professionally and be able to reach consensus during meetings. Additionally, my desire to indulge in this field is to gain knowledge in intercultural leadership, better skills presentation, creating and delivering customer value as well as evaluating and managing organizational performance. This is in addition to all experiences I have acquired in my previous academic and life events. I choose primarily your university for my studies because of it wide range of disciplines related to business management, the location of the campus, excellent and modern facilities as well as it world class reputation.
