The company will offer high quality healthcare services to the cats and dogs for the purposes of gaining confidence among the clients who will be the pet owners. Doctors who are highly qualified will be employed for the purposes of treating the pets and dogs. The company will start by attracting the customers within the neighborhood before conquering the region. All the record so of the pets will be kept for the purposes of future reference during the treatment. Health advice will also be provided for free to the pet owners bring their pets to the facility. The business will occupy a three storey building for the purposes of ensuring that it effectively addresses the health of the pets. This is considering that the company intends to attract a high number of clients. A medical laboratory will be set up within the hospital for the purposes of testing and hence adequately dealing with any diseases that may affect the pets. Experience pet handlers will also be employed for the purposes of handling the pets during the treatment process. All the doctors in the dog facility will be degree holders in veterinary medicine. The employees who will be assisting the doctors must be diploma holders. The head of each department should posses a masters degree. This is for the purposes of ensuring that the departments are efficient. The heads of each department will be responsible for the supervision of the employees. The vision of the company is to see all the pets receive the best quality of health care for the purposes of saving their lives. Its mission is also to ensure that the quality of life of the pets in the neighborhood and the entire region is improved. Any employee who goes against the policies of the company or mistreats any pet in that is within their care will be dismissed with immediate effect. The business strategies will ensure that the customer base is increased in order to conquer the region within the shortest time possible. Marketing Products and services to be offered The main service that will be offered by the company is the treatment of pets. This will include the treatment of the pets for physical injuries as well as diseases. Any form of physical injury will be treated in the facility by the doctors who will be qualified. Immunization of the pets against diseases will also be conducted in the facility. This is for the purposes of preventing the pets from being infected by various diseases. The pets of different ages will receive immunization at the facility and the vaccines will be available to the pets at any time. Surgery will also be conducted at the facility to the pets. This is depending on the disease or injury that is facing the pets. The use of surgery plays an important role in terms of saving the lives of the pets from life threatening conditions. Strict medical procedures will be conducted during the surgery so as to ensure that the life of the part is saved. A laboratory will also be available in the hospital. The laboratory will used for the purposes of carrying out tests so as to determine the conditions facing the pets.
