• Diversity in skills and personality: to help in driving innovation and creativity, people with different skills and perspectives have to be put in the same team. This is in spite of the fact that consistency has to be there too (Brooks, 1994).
• Strong collaboration and communication: efficient communication among the team members from the manager is the basic thing that brings collaboration.
• Trust and commitment: trust is one of the key building blocks for a successful team. Lack of both trust and commitment totally jeopardize productivity (Zhang, Wang & Wang, 2010).

Teamwork is the most effective way of achieving the goals of the business because it will greatly improve customer service delivery, rapid response to the changes in the market, raising expectations of the company, and creation of continuous learning in the business.
