The project manager is in charge of conducting the daily operations of the project for the next month. The video editor, on the other hand, conducts all operations concerning editing of the videos brought in by the customers. Multimedia web designer is the person in charge of designing and maintaining the website. The person uploads the edited video to the site and coordinates all the activities of the website. The help desks acts as the customer care department and is responsible for solving the customer’s issues.
