This will also ensure that the work is completed in advance before the due date so that the necessary changes and amendments can be made which will further help to improve the process and ensure that there are no gaps which will help to deliver better services. The different phases have been decided on the basis of the duration when the project was initiated i.e. the development of the proposal which has been further carried over to the closure phase which ensures that the entire project gets completed.
