International business usually occurs in continents that import or export commodities. The main essence of international business is to ensure that all the nations import or export the desired goods. For international business to take place, business persons have to travel from one place to another. This is for the main reason of transporting the commodities in demand from one place to another. International business is also particularly significant since it enables people to share commodities that they lack (Aswathappa 2010, p. 271). There are various factors that generally affect training and recruitment in international business. These factors usually make it be extremely hard for business persons to perform business transactions. For international business to take place there must be communication between the two parties in the different nations that are trading the commodities. The communication between the two business partners is particularly vital to ensure the commodities are delivered. In any international business, the transfer of goods from place to another is needed. This is usually promoted by the communication that exists between the two business partners. Communication also assists in locating the collection point of the commodities that are imported. Therefore, various factors might interfere with international business. Some of these factors encompass of language barriers, corruption, and lack of enough capital, Racism, climatic changes, inadequate resources and poor infrastructures (Ajami & Goddard 2006, p. 357). Language barrier Language barrier is one of the key aspects that affect recruitment and training in international business. Training in international business usually involves teaching people who are naive about exchange of commodities and services from one continent to another. This usually involves communicating and exchange of fundamental business education. Difficulty in international trade usually occurs when the trainer and the student differ in language. Difference in language usually gives a difficult to both the teacher and the student in training language. Language barrier usually makes it to be exceedingly hard for people to learn new skills in business (Cherunilam 2007, p. 129). The essence of the language barrier usually gives the learner a hard time for him or her to learn more about international trade. This makes it be hard for people to interchange commodities since there is no fluent communication between two. Communication between two people is particularly essential. Since before the international trade can take place, there must be communication between the receiver and the sender. For this reason, one of the people who are training in international business must learn a new language. Although this is time consuming and money wastage, it is vital that one of the parties learns a new language (Casson 2000, p. 127). Language barrier usually makes it to be exceedingly difficult for international training business to take place especially within two diverse nations. Most of the international business students usually have a difficult in learning new skills in business. This is because most of the international students usually have a difficult in adapting to new language. It is also extraordinarily expensive for students to afford the tuition fee that is paid for learning the new language. Therefore, language barrier is one of the main aspects that affect training and recruitment in an international business. Corruption Another key factor that affects recruitment and training in an international business is corruption in most of the nations. Most of the leaders that are included in training and recruiting students that wish to learn international business usually accept bribes. Taking of money bribes has been an extremely common practice in the management of the international business. For most of the students that cannot afford to excel in examination, corruption is usually used. The students will prefer to bribe the teachers with money so that they can get certificates in business. This has been particularly common in the undeveloped nations where corruption cases are high (Johnson & Turner 2009, p. 131). In recruiting new personnel in an international business, most of the leaders usually receive bribes. The bribes, which is mostly in the form of money is usually used offered to the management to ensure that the individuals secure a chance in the business. Corruption is usually used by the people in power for their own personal gain. Most of the leaders in the offices will agree to take bribes for them to get money in return. In some cases, the people included in recruited in the international business, might not be qualified in the field. In this case, corruption is used to undermine the efforts of the other well trained but poor personnel (Nejati & Mostafa 2009, p. 151). Since the poor cannot afford the money for bribing, most of them will lack job opportunities. Lack of enough capital The process of recruiting and training of new personnel in an international business usually requires capital. This is basing on the reason that the training process will require new teaching materials which need capital. Most of the training materials in international business training usually require large amounts of money. This makes it to be expensive for the poor developed nations to afford the process of training and recruiting new personnel in the industry. The training materials are also extraordinarily expensive to buy and maintain. This forces the process of recruiting and training of new personal to be expensive (Madura 2008, p. 97). Training new personnel in an international business requires materials and money to maintain the entire process. This is simply because training usually encompasses teaching a new person rules and regulations using existing examples. In most situations, most nations do not afford to obtain all the capital essential for the process of recruiting and training. This forces the nations to borrow funds from the developed nations. Borrowing money from other nations is usually extremely risky. This is basing on the fact that most of the new personnel also require capital to pay as fee from the training procedure in international business. For the main reason of lack of adequate capital, most of the poor nations usually lack international business. Racism Racism is also another factor that affects Recruitment and Training in international business and makes it extremely hard for new personnel to be elected. Most people usually offer employment opportunities to their relatives and relations. This also happen in training and recruitment of new business persons in an international business. The management team that is in charge of the entire process usually considers their close relationship and citizens. This is usually considered fraud since most of the personnel that might be considered might be unqualified. For racism to be stopped, international business should be focused on exchange of commodities and services and not racism. To promote international business, people should be elected without being discriminated by their race. This is basing on the fact that diverse people are usually used to a specific environment. For this reason, the movement of people from one place to another is usually hinder by change in climate. For instance, the management in charge of training and recruitment is supposed to travel from one nation to another. Moreover, because of the change in climate and its results, it might be impossible for managers to travel from one place to another (Shenkar & Luo 2008, p. 233). The change in climate usually causes different results depending on the position and race of an individual. The pests and diseases of a region might also be influenced by the change in climatic conditions. For instance, mosquitoes that cause malaria are usually associated with Africa.
