The paper "The Role of Leader as a Teacher" is an excellent example of an essay on business. The role of a leader as a teacher does not merely start with the identification of mental models but it involves a more comprehensive assessment of the individual’s strengths and weaknesses for a better understanding of his or her capacity. Mental models are deeply established in people’s minds as they are mostly silently accepted by the people. Leaders by showing the people the new possibilities and outcomes to different aspects create illusions in the mind of the general public. They can do this easily by creating mind models in the general public’s minds. They do this by acting as mentors and guides showing and helping the people to reorganize their perspectives and opinions of the truth and the reality. The leaders show the people the things beyond the existing situations and incidents into the essentials of the bases of the complications and consequently to perceive the new chances and probabilities for creating and producing the future. In short, they create illusions (Lipman-Blumen, 2005).

The leaders affect and impact the people to see the truth different or according to what they want. The people easily accept the illusions and start living the fantasy that is being provided and shown to them. Many leaders focus on being generative that is to show the people that what changes they can bring and also instruct their parties and the organizations to do the same as this how they affect the people by using big smart and carefully selected words to put the people into the fantasy while very few originally make those fantasies come true.  Read More
