Procurement Plan Deliverables Requirement Submit a response in five (5) copies (original and four copies). The Contractors employees shall camp overnight and utilize shower, laundry and restroom facilities only in those areas designated by the County prior to commencement of the Fair. The Contractor shall keep the shower and laundry area in a clean and sanitary condition. e. No overnight camping will be permitted in the sports arena. f. The Contractor shall operate the sports field, concessions, games and show during the following hours: Week Days: 12:00 Noon to 10:00 P.M.
