Desired State Ac market share expert, I should be able to work confidently in my fathers company or any other area inspite of the dufferent situation i find mysdelf in. I should also be able to try and venture into new things by looking at new opportunities instead of selecting to be comfortable with my current state. Seceondly, i wil be able to be assertive and tale care ofthe different business situation i find myself. In this i will be pressing hard for recommendations, ideas and descions to be accepted by others working in my father’s company or any other company for that as long as i experience a feeling that the idea is okay. I will also be very active in cases where decisions are required through group decisions. However, i will not agree with every decisions posted by my fellow work mates or groups as i will have a goal to not be influenced or controlled by others. Lastly, i will be calm in assessing situations presented to me before making a quick decision. By this, i will analyse both the strengths and weaknesses present in a given scenario before opting for the most realistic solution. In sum, i will focus my energy in finding solutions than wasting my time mourining or loosing temper when faced with difficult situationsin my life or at my father’s company. Importance The importance of my self-efficacy, personal development plan will be to achieve both my long time and short term goals in life. Since when i learn to be confidence in various sectors in my life, i will be able to acquire new opportunities that will be coming my way in life. This will enable me to earn more respect among my friend and co-workers at home and win work and my true self will shine through for everyone to see. Secondly, with assertiveness will not follow decisions raised by others blindly as i will be make my own effective decisions and live abide by my terms in different personal and professional condition. Lastly,i will be able to come to term with my anger management issues both personally and professionally. I will be a good employee or boss and a good personin the society as s i will not be able to hurt others both intentionally and unintentionally. This will also be seen after a period of six month. 3.Things needed to assist me in achieving my desired state To achieve my desired state, i will use various elements and tools to enable me keep to pace. I will use the NLP techniques to assist me in building the confidence i loth for. I will also make it a practice as much as possible to try and be as assertivein every situation requiring me to make decisions. Lastly,i will pratioce mediation to assist me in achieving a calm mind hence eneblin me to control my temper. I will use the following resources to guide me further in achieving my desired state. During my years of buying and selling shares for my family business, i was tasked with responsibility of developing rich quality content for my family’s business to attract investors i using as in trading their shares. My responsibility during my service at my family business was develop on easy –to-use,clear and conscience content for customers coming to the family business to trade shares. I also established an effective presence of the family business in the social media to market the business to prospective customers. I took over the role of exchanging shares. I also marketed the business using various ways to create awareness among customers. I was also responsible for making judgements on when to trade shares for the business. The business expanded into new markets. Skill 2? During my high school days,I took over as a team leader for the football club of which I was a member. As a team leader, i was tasked with ensuring that all members in my team attended all training sessions conducted by the team. In addition, i acted as a channel for passing information regarding matches the team was expected to play. I ensured that training equipments were safely kept after every matches or training. I also ensured that each member was accountable for their reasons of not attending matches. The team was always among the best teams in the neighbouring school. Skill 3? On various occasions, i was entrusted by my father to work as an assistant for the family business especially in his absence. My purpose then was to ensure that business went on as usual on the few occasions that my father was absent from the shop. I took over the management’s role, therefore, acted as controller,organizer,superviser among other roles played by a manager. The family business operated as normal. Skill 4? While taking my degree, i was entrusted as a group leader in three different subjects to oversee the running of the groups. My aim as a group leader was to ensure that members attended groups meetings and gave their views on specific issues beings discussed in relation to various subjects. My role was to come up with issues which were supposed to be discussed. I also made sure that group assignments were accomplished within specified duration. The groups was the best in the class as it was efficient and properly organized. Skill 5? While working for my family business,at times i was forced to come across rude and disrespectful customers who were in one or the other offended by the outcome of the shares. My aim while working in the business was to make sure that all customers irrespective of their attitudes were satisfied and returned back for other transactions by the business. My role here was to act as intermediary and a negotiator for the customers who felt that they had not received value for their money. The customer changed their attitude and were more welcoming. Skill 6? In the course of taking my degree, i was working as marketer for an agency which was promoting new recharge cards in the market. As a marketer working for the company, i was expected to sale the card for my fellow students and create awareness among them on the offers which were available by becoming a loyal customercompany. My role was to walk around with the cards and sell them to different students. I also looked for avenues through which the company would maximize the sales of their products. My CV will also contain my personal details like the first and last name, address, telephone number, email address and other optional details like my health status, date of birth, citizenship among other things. This will assist my employer in contacting me during different situations like emergencies or for interviews. Thirdly, the CV will contain personal skills which will outline specific abilities, skills and experiences for the jobs I will be applying for. It will act as a tool that describes to the employer whether or not I am right for the Job as it will categorically list all qualifications and licenses from paid to unpaid jobs. The headings which will be used in my CV will look like the following. Office administration skills, organizational skills, customer service skills and general skills. Fourthly,My CV will list my educational qualifications, including my most recent qualifications that are relevant to the position I will be targeting. This will include my highest level of achievement, including certificates, short training courses,workshop seminars and conferences. In addition, the sections will contain other professional training and licenses and accreditations relevant in my course of work. Fifthly, my curriculum vitae will also contain my employment history relating to past and present activities. Every job listing in this section will include specific job listings with the following information, job title, company name and location, duties of employment and other duties which are felt to be relevant to the specific fields. Sixthly, A section of my CV will also contain my professional membership and community involvement.This section will contain the names of the organization, dates and durations of the involvement and title or nature of the involvement I was engaged in all through my community involvements. However, this section will not list anything which is not relevant to the chosen position I will be applying for. Lastly, My CV will also contain various referees who will provide details to my would be employers on the sincerity of my experiences through positive comments on my personal qualities and resourcefulness. In addition, this section in my CV will include all basic information on how these individuals acting as my referees may be contacted by my prospective employer. The section might also include other optional information like the cover page, career objective, activities and interest, photos, personal attributes among other details. Porfolio 5 The two types of psychometric tests that i will complete for this portfolio will be personality and interest tests and the second one will be aptitude and ability tests. The two completed test will assist me in making objective judgements in aspects relating to my mental ability and personality, thus allow me to work on areas that I have failed. The tests will also be used by my prospective employers to select me among the suitable job applicants who will be contesting for a given position. In addition, the two tests will be used in measuring certain elements like my level of intelligence , my aptitude and my personally to give information to the relevant parties about my capabilities of working with people in a chosen environment. By looking at my psychometric test results, prospective employers will also be able to determine my ability of coping with the job demand of the state job description thus will make a wise decision in either employing or not employing me. The test will further test for my level of knowledge and mechanical principles and elements which is very vital for most employers selecting individuals with skills which match the stated job description.
