Therefore, organization must build up effective strategies and successful response to enhance the position of the company. PEST analysis Several issues and factors can affect and conclude the environment of an organization. PEST analysis is the macro-environment framework and widely used tool to recognize the impact of external factors towards the growth of the organization. It can help to analyze the political, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors that can affect the organization (pride and Ferrell, 2011, p.42).
