Human Resource Manager, (Insert 24th November, RE – Employee Issue I am writing inregard to a re-employee issue that I have identified in the company. It is evident that the number of employees has been increasing in the company over the last three year, with a rising on accountants from one to the three. This is a positive indication that the company is growing and expanding. However, the increase in the number of employees could lead to certain challenges ascribed to poor performance. A high percentage of the new employees are not properly trained to work in the accounting field .

It is the company’s policy to train new employees when they are hired or provide them with orientation. It is with great concern that this policy has not been properly implemented. The Company may soon loose investors’ trust and our auditory regulations may also be violated. In some cases, certain financial resources are not properly accounted for or indicated as expenditure. It is imperative to take into account the fact that accounting issues are crucial for the success of any company. This means that the company has to resolve the current issues emerging from lack of orientation of new accountant in regard to accounting issues in the company.
