The chosen location was in Bill McNamara’s office, which is located at the company’s headquarter. One paragraph on what you know about the company (company research) PMG Intelligence is a Strategic Marketing Agency built and based on four pillars which; are Market Research, Branding, Marketing Communications and Strategic Marketing. PMG Intelligence is committed to providing outstanding service to clients through its mechanism of thinking in new and different ways in addition to always recalling that their current success was achieved because of their clients. In this case they have a capable and well-connected team that aids the client by bridging the gap between them and their advertising agency. Consequently, PMG Intelligence aims at saving time and money by being engaged in the process before any money is spent on execution. Besides the company has over the years proved to be neutral hence it is to develop an objective, unbiased business, product, and sales strategies that truly grow the organization. We create and test marketing and communication approaches and recommend the most appropriate strategy. Moreover, the company is guided by a very clear mission that is; to provide above the board market intelligence and strategic endorsements that will help our clients grow their business, better understand their markets and deliver value to their customers. Lastly, this research on the company revealed that they have capitalized on ten Specialties. They include; Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research, Focus Groups, Syndicated Research, Omnibus, Market Research, Strategic Marketing, Communications, Branding, and Consulting (PMG Inteligence). Interview (Q&A) Q1. What does marketing Research Entail? A. Market research is the channel that joins organizations to their market, consequently turning ideas into results. Hence market research defines how to plan and craft strategy. What makes our research proficiencies unique from our competitors is not in our methodologies alone, but it is in our insight as well. Besides, our approach invests profoundly in the forthright understanding of the challenge. This is then followed by the identification of all internal and external information provisions so as to ensure that the research and analysis design processes yield the highest level of potential returns (PMG Inteligence). Q2. How do you conduct them at PMG Intelligence? A. Market research is conducted in a very systematic and professional manner. This ensures that PMG intelligence wins its customers loyalty because they are satisfied with the end product (PMG Inteligence). In addition we have improvised on market segmentation because different businesses require different research approaches. lastly, market researches are conducted putting into consideration other related case studies and previous interviews so as to get solutions that are unique, but practical. Q3. How are communication strategies important in this institution? A. PMG’s approach to communication strategy is founded on return on investment. Our recommendations and messaging are driven by insights gleaned from hard evidence (PMG Inteligence). Q4. Explain communication planning and its importance to any organization? A. Communication planning will help your organization avoid over-saturation of your message, ensure consistency and deliver communication that has the right impact to the right audience (PMG Inteligence). Q5. Can you elaborate on strategic Marketing? A. PMG’s strategic marketing circumnavigates on simplicity, methodology, and measurement. We assess how the subject organization’s external environmental factors have transformed; mostly market segments, supplier markets, competition, regulation and the economy. Consequently, we challenge all your working expectations; particularly market segments, competition, opportunities, threats, and industry scenarios to create the strategy. PMG Intelligence appreciates more than the principle of branding. Hence, we are able to tap into the mind of today’s consumers allowing us to help them build a stronger brand. Enough information about the working of PMG has supplied me with can insight of a career in business management in general and the expectations to find once I am in the profession.
