Curry leaf restaurant is planning to make improvement to its functionality. The service delivery to the client and to improve the appearance of rooms so that it can be admirable to the clients is the most essential things that the project intends to meet. The restaurant has an intention of upgrading its technical and physical components to meet the demands and needs of the domestic and international customers. It intends to meet the Indian models of a hotel so that to maintain its heritage. The restaurant is designated to meet all it mid-night and catch up friends by expanding and decorating the dining rooms with red walls, flowers, and dark ruby. The restaurant also needs to improve it appearance so that the local curry lovers to find a welcoming and hospitable arena.
The restaurant also intends to beef up its cooking styles to meet the Indian styles so that I can be able to provide posh foods to the locals and other international clients.
Project Objectives
i. Upgrading the existing restaurant operation. This can be done by improving several departments such as the HR and strategic management. The HR management will help in recruiting new staff like cooks and waiters so that the standards could be maintained.
ii. The restaurant needs to improve the dinning setting- decoration and table settings would play an important role to make the dining area attractive.
iii. To upgrade its high standards by providing special dishes from all regions from all around the world. Quality in hospitality industry is also needed to boost client entry.
iv. The organizational facility of the restaurant needs to be upgraded in a systemized manner so that all the organizations business competitiveness and profit margin can be maximized.
By attaining all the above objectives the management of the restaurant will be able attain its full potentials in offering better services to the client.

This is considered as the budget plan for a project. It is important because it provides of the restaurant with the guide on how to use the funds available. Cost management is also important since when undertaking a project there is high risk of added cost that lead extra cost. Cost implementation includes: resource planning, cost estimation, cost budgeting, and cost control. Under resource planning it helps to determine the quantity and quality of resources that will be used to complete the whole project to avoid leading to incomplete projects (Anderson, 1990).
Cost estimation involves approximation of the costs of the resources that are needed to accomplish the project. Cost budgeting determines the main output thus cost budgeting is a cost and project baseline.
Cost control involves controlling the changes that can be undertaken in a project. This can involves revision of the cost estimates, budgeting and corrective actions.
Importance of scheduling
This is the arrangement and correct planning of the available time that the project needs to use till its closure. The following are the significance of project scheduling:
i. Project scheduling establishes the availability, delivery and timeline of the project capital and resources. This is important because it helps integrate the project planning process.
ii. Its helps keep projects into track by keeping the time and resources parameters to ensure quality of the end product. Understanding the project scheduling helps managers or business CEOs to accomplish organizational or business tasks more easily and effectively.
Process improvement
Project process contains a lot of techniques and methods that plays the role of organizing the steps of the project.
