It posses a state-of-art design capabilities, and creates plastic designs that are globally accepted. This paper identifies quality management system to help improve the organization, benefits the system has to the organization variations in the as-in flow chart of the company. Hartman Industries, LLC is a manufacturing company and it should adopt the Goestsch Davis 20 step process to improve its production quality.

This is because the process may benefit the company in several ways, for instance, it will increase enthusiasm of employee and motivation towards quality performance in the organization. This will result in quality production of goods and services but the company and adequate satisfaction of customers needs. Secondly, the process will enable the company to increase its production unit. This is because the manufacture method will improve efficiency of production methods. The process will also ensure that the company eliminates waste costs and reject products.

It will also reduce customer support and warranty costs. Moreover, this will ensure that manufacture process if efficient and improve profit per service and product. This will lead to increased returns to the company and increase their financial strength. The process improves quality of services hence will help the company eliminate wasteful expenditure and unnecessary steps in the production method. This will ensure that the company minimizes the cost of operation and increase level of income.

Finally, it will also assist the company to eliminate repetitive and non-confirmation work. It will also assist the company to reduce reworks and repairs hence maintain production of quality goods (Chaos, 2008). Receiving basically means taking something. This process involves receiving of materials, making sure invoice match and material match and that they are stored.

Mold fab department is the variation section where documents are received and necessary factors to be built, material are got to create mold and customers’ instructions are also followed. Furthermore, executed mold are sent to molding department. In the mixing department, products are removed from the storage; materials are mixed and sent for molding purposes. This process basically involves mixing of the materials used in the company for production purposes (Chaos, 2008). Moreover, there are several activities that take place in the molding department being among the most important in the is-as flow chart of the company.

Under molding department, molds are gotten for the custom job, and materials are received from mixing. The product is also created and inspected for quality purposes. Furthermore, wastes are reworked and disposed off.
