In business development, professionals have a tendency to the strategies that are involved in market creation of engaging in all business activities starting by their products and services. Due to the fact that the current world is full of highly and actively lucrative market with a high rate of growing economy, a high rate of business competition has been reported with an increased growth rate of business enterprises. The new business opportunity that I am likely to develop is aimed at offering services to other growing businesses on how to continue running at pack so as to conquer their competitors on the market. The business will offer informatory services on businesses on how to manage and maintain smooth running of the business activities on the market (Monczka, 2000 p.127). Service and Marketing Strategies Being an advise offertory business, much of the services offered shall be based on the nature of the client’s or the customer’s operations. The business services will be strategically positioned with extreme timely accuracy, relevant to high quality standards of services to instill right imposition of decisions to the clients. The company will be market seeking opportunity oriented to offer an expertise orientation that is of a proactive nature in order to develop and improve the distribution of new markets to the upcoming small businesses. This will enable rapid growth and expansion of the smaller businesses thus facilitating the economic growth of the country at large. The business intends to offer various services to both business communities and the entire public. The approach or the marketing strategy of attracting customers will be mainly based on the need of the customers’ preferences. The strategy will also ensure that the correct and required information regarding a certain business opportunity is given in relation to the customer’s directives. These services shall be submitted to our customers in two ways which are: business form that will be dealing with business consultations based on projects, carrying out market research on various businesses, guiding on various business plans developed by potential business entrepreneurs, development of reports regarding market research and many other business promoting activities. On the other part of the business service submission, it will involve mainly training services (Monczka, 2000 p 131). The business training services that will be offered by the company shall comprise of the following services. Establishment of seminars and workshops on fundamental business topics like marketing strategies and sales, receptionist through in house training, various personnel in sales and marketing, and finally secretariat training. The marketing strategy of the developed business opportunity will be based on allowing the clients to be of the need for services in fulfillment of the quality services to the customers. This will also ensure that, the required correct information is disseminated to the required customer on target. The developed business opportunity will formulate a business strategy to allow implementation and penetration of the intended information to the clients. This will initiate respect and fame of the project in the business industry. The business management will ensure that the prizes set to the services offered to customers are of considerable level and meet the budgetary demands of the customers. The business will also ensure that, all services offered are appreciated by people and made common in all denominations to reach all customers (Monczka, 2000 p.135). The techniques of business market will entail all aspects of quality and likeliness through promotional activities, making publications, and quality pictures presentation. In addition to that, the promotional strategies will also involve the use of sharp advertisements that are integrated, public relations, selling through personal means, internet and direct marketing of the services offered by the business. The business target market shall be I a range of corporate towers people, both large, medium, and small business enterprises, to other home institutions that require urgent information regarding certain localities of great concern. The business will have a common bond of recognizing, acknowledging, and appreciating the significance behind quality information dissemination to various business enterprises. This is important because it will initiate a correct decision making process that will contain everything at equilibrium. The company will be proud of its ability to analyze its service with an added value, high standards of quality, and it flexibility on the move of the market activities thus easily coping up with the market practices by immediate adapting to the prevailing market conditions. The business development opportunity intends to grow in an upright posture. For instance, the business will ensure that it holds tightly its stakeholders to ensure effective dissemination of the relevant information to the clients at their disposal within their convenient time. In future, the business intends to establish a stable and valid management team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery to the customers. The company shall employ appropriate and qualified personnel that will be required to be at the working place in time and carryout the required responsibility as expected by the clients. This will initiate a mutual intimate relationship between people and the company in addition to establishing of both economic and business growth (Monczka, 2000 p 137). The developed business strategy will basically involve the need to ensure the provision of quality information to its esteemed customers that serve as the target group. His process will lead to the desired satisfaction of the customer’s needs. This process will only be effective through recruitment of highly qualified personnel with the marketing research profession, a strong team for carrying out consultations in the business, and designing quality reports on good production to carter for the needs of the customers. The strategy will also ensure that the correct and required information regarding a certain business opportunity is given in relation to the customer’s directives.
