One must be devoted to the work and have an attitude to face challenges with equanimity and zeal. People love to eat. Restaurants are reason to take a break away from the heat and dust of working life and immerse in some time of belly filling and mind relaxing. The food service business is the third largest industry in the country. It accounts for over $240 billion annually in sales.

The average American spends 15% of his or her income on meals away from home, and the figure is increasing. There are 600 restaurants opening every month. These are reasons enough to start with the restaurant business and hang in there till it is smooth sailing. Arabia has some of the best dishes in the world. The Arabic dishes comprise a superb array of food items that has evolved with the ages. These dishes have been tried, tested and turned into a great variety of eatables that one cannot help remembering for a long time after tasting them.

Arabian delicacies come in a complete lip-smacking assortments that must be enjoyed at varied times with salad spread, hot and cold and authentic Arabian dishes and desserts along with beverages like jallab, tamarhindi, karkade and kamareldin. My rich experience with different Arabic food items is not going to help me start a full fledged business. Food items are the intrinsic part of the business and they are necessities that can be prepared according to the requirements of the recipe. However, I know how to prepare them and I can get the culinary team to fix these dishes.

This is one of the easier aspects of the business. The harder aspect is organizing the entire setup. There is the need to draw the business description, market analysis, competition, marketing methods, business operation, management and ownership, and funding. These not only need to be done but also reflected upon after they are made in order to get the complete picture of the entire setup. While projecting the business plan, it is also important to work on the entire human resource required for the project.

There will be the manager, assistant manager, accountants, counter sales personnel, waiters, supervisors, and cooks. Motivating men and women to understand their tasks and accomplish them within a time-bound period is what every enterprise is all about. These tasks have been used by men and women of high caliber from the time men came together with common purpose of conquests or construction. I need to plan well and keep ready the tools and materials ready to start the business. It can be a dog-eat-dog affair in the tough world of business.
