Implementation of a strategic plan Today, management is continuously complaining that their efforts are frustrated as littleto nothing is done in ensuring successful implementation of strategic planning. The current trend is that employees fail to trust management and management likewise fail to trust their employees. But the management misses the real point in making these accusations.
