What Drives Success This article talks about the high inequitable society that has propelled people from other society to earn more than others. It gives reason such as superiority complex, where one comes from as the factors contributing to that. There are also issues of education and immigrants, having to put more effort in their studies so as to succeed. It also summarizes that the changes in different generation have shown that hard work is one of the most important recipe for success. The issue has also raised a very important aspect where some people or societies are viewed to be bright than others for example the Jews are viewed as the chosen one where regarding this perception they hold high places in the judiciary.

Having insecurity of ones future also results to one working hard to succeed this can be shown by the minorities who have always worked to ensure that they can at least rescue their families’ members or also help the society. The Triple package a formula has been credited as one transparent way to ensure that can be used by different societies to ensure success. This has shown that it is not only for one group of people but it works across. The income on earns in America does not depend on where he/she comes from but by the effort ones put.

It should also be noted that the inequitably of the American people acts as a catalyst for people to go the extra mile. The fact that people blame racism on the equitability does not reflect on the Triple package recipe and this does not play to the gallery of those who want to blame racism. The fact that the article seems to offer something like a guarantee that education is the only important thing for success is not true. For example the environment a kid grows up can really affect the student in school.

The gangs in the slums in New York will affect the poor children and can also lead these children to struggle just like their parents. In as much as there is a superiority complex for other families this can help the rich children to succeed not because of their hard work but because of whom their parents are in the society. It cannot be assumed that the rich families work only on giving the children social skills because this should always go hand in hand with education and for this they have access to good education.

The society has proved that the rich have a higher chance of transferring the wealth to their children compared to the middle class people. It is also important to note that facts like racism, religion also play a role in our society and triple package cannot be the only success feature for children to excel in schools. The article addresses issues that have been very important and also shows why America is still the country of choice that hard work is the only thing needed and one can make it big.

The aspect of how even children from African countries such as Nigeria where the population in Harvard is growing day by day. The article summarizes the best gift for a parent to a child is education. This is priceless as it changes the mindset of a lifetime.
